Yes. They may as well. Around here they hardly ever go outside so it makes no difference to me. And if they don't they are bound to get into trouble with their men folk and the local cleric.

Actually, women who live where I live always wear summer clothes everyday cause there´s no winter here. So...
Of course there´re some women (everywhere in this world) that show too much skin at places where they should dress formal. It´s up to them.

A time and a place, Some countries if you are traveling in you might want to not make a upset. In the USA Women do as they wish, but still some might choose conservative and some not. Here in Portland they have a parade of naked bicyclists once a year I think..lol. I don't think it's my place to tell anyone how to dress.

I believe modesty is a matter of opinion and conscience.who should decide or set the standard for the dress code for individuals? Ppl should realize that the times heve changed and freedon of choice and opinion is the order of the day.
