I would like to add that not paying child support hurts the child more than the woman. Is it worth your flesh and blood going cold and hungry to "get back" at the woman for getting pregnant, when you're equally responsible for the pregnancy?
I think the man should be the loving head of the household, who makes final decisions while considering the needs, feelings and safety of all involved. Unfortunately, that kind of power was being MISUSED to the point where many women don't feel comfortable with that arrangement anymore.

I forgot to add that I'm in the process of switching careers. I'm in school again now. I wish I would have had an idea of what I wanted to do much earlier I think I needed a taste of other fields in order to see what I didn't like. Better late than never.
