Nessa I would offer healthy grilled chicken, turkey and veggie burgers on various healthy, whole-grain buns. I would have different types of lettuce, light cheezes and light condiments that add lots of flavor. There would also be your typical toppings such as tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers (love them ). Also, there would be specialty toppings like avacado, mushrooms, pineapple, chutney, etc. Just because someone is dieting like me, doesn't mean they shouldn't have great flavor.
