I saw the moon during daylight this morning. As the sun was rising it cast an orange hue around the moon. It looked brilliant. I wish I had my camera to take a pic.

When I was a kid, it seems like I spent every minute in the yard. sometimes the moon was showing way before the sun went down. I remember it because it was freaky. It was the thinnest crescent moon imaginable in a light turquoise sky.
See it all the time here on my farm in Spainand here in Portugal too, 1500 kms apart and it still looks the same!.

We have very clear skies here in the Eastern Caribbean. I see the moon in very early evenings when the sun is still setting, Heck, I've seen the moon at almost noon it seems. Very common sighting out here.
morgen90210: So many people pass by like ants ,not one stop to look at the sky.
Yes I have seen the moon in South Africa, Canada and Paris .... Just haven't noticed yet in Mauritius ... Since I live on the centre of island and it rains a lot so the sky is always cloudy ....
