I have heard that natural dyes are better -from oriental sources- yet a bit more expensive but worth not having those chemicals on you.

I don't think hair can go gray over night. Doesn't make sense.
Saw a docu a couple of weeks ago (it's also on youtube, but in german) where they tested hair dyes and they ALL have chemicals in them. Even the "natural," plant based ones from Asia. Some chems are necessary for the color to be permanent. The question is the amount/concentration of chems that is absorbed through the skin. OTC products are the supposedly the worst.

I've made a few tests, and I can tell you emotional breakdowns have had nearly no effect on me. Just a few grey/white hairs and they have been on me for many years (since childhood.)
