I ve had on other sites but here the good looking is usually scammers, becareful

Yeah scammers are quite easy to spot, you can do a reverse image search with google on their profile pictures and it turns out a lot of them rip the photos off other sites.

Its a very good way 
but i rely more on my perception as they get more inventiveGood luck on your search mate

I have to say I have been on here for over 2 years and met a few as friends and one romantically.
The friends I am close to now and see as regularly as I can and the man I was romatically involved in ... 2 years on, we are still friends and are in touch regulary.
It all depends what you want from the site.
You get what you put into it.
Personally I chat and make friends, if I click with anyone, Id see it as a bonus.

on here ,i just had one date which led to a relationship.but fb has always been much more effective regarding "connecting singles"!

When I was looking, five years ago, I had more luck on other sites meeting people that I had more in common with. Much bigger selection in the age range I was looking in on other sites too.

I have really had no luck, either. A few people I contacted online never panned out, or were scammers. Of course, my being shy means that I contact few women I'm interested in, so that might have something to do with it.

Never been on other sites as cannot join due to not owning a credit card.
But then again found CS has some really nice attractive and interesting people.
Made many friends, had several dates and a relationship.... Not bad considering I live on an Island in the middle of nowhere
