I like long hair, but yours could do with tidying up (oh, how grannyish do I feel saying that? 
)
I realise its probably intentionally scruffy, my daughter's is purple and irregular, but hers looks clean and girls generally like clean.
I also get the impression you're hiding behind your hair out of lack of self-confidence. I'm guessing it takes away from the shape of you face, which would be rather pleasant if you could see it properly.
And y'know what? Granny Jac here was chased by a supermodel when first on CS - thoroughly flattering, except that he turned out to be a rather unattractive man because of his bullying and demanding attitude.
On the other hand, I do have a bit of a crush on Pete Postlethwaite because he's so monumentally talented.
Women are very easily wooed with confidence, talent, humour, manners, respect, thoughtfulness, cheekiness, gentle flirtatiousness...and clean looking hair.

I will disagree with a lot of the others about a hair cut (well maybe get a trim) .... as when I was your age (jeez that was a long time ago) I likes guys with long hair (not now though)
but give it a good wash, and tidy yourself up....

I had a closer look at the profile and even though I'm an old bag and my opinion doesn't matter much, I'd say this style does not match your face at all. Did you color it? Looks colored, but maybe my old eyes deceive me. If you want to keep it long, comb everything back into a neat ponytail or cut it off. The hipster look is out. (That's what my son tells me).

You are very brave asking this question, considering you have issues with yourself.
You look older than 19 I must say. I agree with most people that you could do with a hair tidy up. If you like it long keep it that way.

Long hair can be quite nice on some guys. If you're going to keep it long, get an up to date trim/cut or pull it back. A men's ponytail can look great if you really take care of your hair and use some product to keep it tame.
If you're wondering how you might improve your profile picture, wear a nicer shirt for the photo, and smile. I'm sure you've got great eyes but alas, they're hiding. Women like to see a guy's eyes. That's pretty much across the board. Good luck to you.
