jac379: The first time I was referred to as "madam" in the UK, I was quite taken aback and said so. The young man started getting all apologetic, but I told him I rather liked it. It felt more empowering than the "miss" I usually get called.
The American "ma'am" elicits a somewhat different response, mind.
Yes .It is rather rare to be called Madame in UK, anyway to my experience in north. More likely bird..

It's rare for me to get called madam because when I was a mum everyone thought I was a child and now I'm a grandmother, people think I'm a first-time mum. I like being treated like a grown-up!

When a page only holds 20 Posts per Page, And their are 20, 40, or 60 posts, It Shows the Next page, So go back one page and then you will be the First post on the Following page, Hope this makes sense, It took me a good while to figure it out,
So if their are 20 posts, It may show page 2... and will say be the first to post, So Go back to page one, then You can Post without this problem, again, Hope I made Sense of this!
Hi Larry! Nice to see you again(and you can reply in this thread ) That's does make sense for the 2nd problem I mentioned, but for this thread, I was the 1st poster - it kind of surprised me no one had posted yet, b/c I thought it was a good topic. But I mentioned it to the author b/c I thought maybe that's why no one had posted- that maybe same had happened to them and so they figure it had been deleted or something. Don't know why it happened that way - maybe b/c the thread hadn't been up very long - but still seems odd. Thanks for the info - I'll know for those other types(which occurred most often anyway & I would have never guessed about going back, etc.)
Alexandro10: To my personal view, the most three romantic behavior of all times. Which one will you go for and why?
Thx for passing by.
Ok. The kiss is winning !!
I'm a rosy guy. Like to give a single rose now and again to my partener( more often a single rose means more then diamond )specialty in the morning with the breakfast that I make. Like to make her feel that everything is ok.

Awww... I love that part about making her feel that everything is ok.
If you're as you seem to be here, surely there's a truly good-hearted woman who will eventually discover you. Best wishes
I didn't know you could eat roses... I learn something new everyday... Do they taste good?
You...
Now if you were to try & conduct a poll in French, how do you think you would fare? I wish I was bi-lingual - when I see how many people have English as a 2nd language, I do have a certain respect for them - Oh, there are chocolate roses by the way

Good point. I do hope there was no offence taken. I was being my typical smart assed self, looking to pull a smile onto someone's face. I will however take time to think about the English as a second language thing and maybe be a little ore selective when I listen to the voices in my head.
