Wow, Jac! You and Ladydiz have beautiful speaking voices. I'd never heard of vocaroo - I think you could both do voice-overs for Diana Rigg(you sounded more English than Welsh to me, Jac... or easier to understand than most Welsh, tho I can understand most now(even Care-diffians)-I've interpreted here on several occasions for men who were from Spain & people from the Philippines- their accents when speaking English are so easy to understand to my hearing and it seems, viceversa).
I gotta go, but just remembered a funny incident - my 1st time in Wales and I was staying at a hotel, having breakfast that was included - this young guy working there communicated to me he didn't speak English, so I just pointed to the choice I wanted on the menu. A little later, the hotel owner(non-British) came over to ask how everything was. After answering, the young waiter-25 yrs.old from Spain & speaking perfect English- came over and started gabbing away - he said he'd been in Wales for 3 months, and had gotten a job there, but still couldn't understand a word they were saying - he had assumed I was Welsh, which is why he had told me he couldn't speak English, meaning in reality he couldn't understand the Welsh accent English. Guess he was starved for conversation, b/c he talked to me for 15 mins.-til more people arrived.
p.s.Anybody reading this - you oughta listen to Jac, Ladydiz & Stringman on that vocaroo deal
