I love raw fish why do you think the Japenese live so long there biggest fear is heart attack which is almost non exitent They smoke half a ciggie and mild seven which is like smoking paper. And yet the fat conent in fish keeps them into a ripe old age spent some time ther and never felt so healthy. Beef stays in your bum
