Yea I will sur he sleeps all day,
,If I'm up too late and my poor ol brain is over stimulated with too much excitement ,lol,
Or brain been overworking its little self up till all hours then I don't sleep till its nearly time to get up,
Try to get to bed before 12 and I am good at that but I do make the odd exception,,and yes of course I don't sleep if anything worrying me concerning family,
I am a good sleeper tho I have to say in general.

Enough sleep, so I just go with the flow, If I am worried, I meditate. I said NOISE. I am sensitive, my neighbor leaves for work early. Thus I awake, start the day.

Usually too much coffee too late in the day, but normally I can sleep like a baby...which is the sign of a clear conscionse (or a bad memory)
