N1TV – which has links to the far-right Jobbik party – said her behaviour was “unacceptable” and her job had been terminated “with immediate effect”.
On Thursday, Hungarian prosecutors said a criminal case for breach of the peace had been opened against her. Sandor Toro, the deputy chief prosecutor of Csongrád county, said: “In the course of the investigation, the authorities will also examine if more serious crimes … can be established.”

This is irresponsible and very inhumane. No matter the reason, you don't go and hit people. Whether they are at fault or not. I simply can't stand anyone hurting anybody physically.
I will not only have her fired (more for learning purposes of consequences so people won't ever do it again)but pay some monetary compensation for the family. Unfortunately it is a criminal offense (battery and assault). and might not get another job again, but crime is a crime.

( What if right before this something happened with that Hungarian woman and the ones that she was seen tripping and so on?) it could be very possible.
