Their eyes are the window to the soul, so I chose eyes, but their smile is a close 2nd, because if he can't smile, he isn't happy.

I chose smile first because a good, open smile indicates a good, happy personality, but I agree about the eyes as well. Personally, it's both for me. wine

For me the most important is not listed.
I really feel that personality is a feature. If someone has a personality that clashes with mine I don't see them as very good looking at all there is no appeal.
On the other hand if there personality jives with mine I see them as very good looking.
But I would vote for eyes as second, With the eyes you can see into there heart if you really want to look.
