danalpha0: kiling is very wrong, its a violation of human right and God law. in war the rules are set in the u.c.m.j.people who killi in war are subject to the judgement of their creator, its is against the law of nature and morals and values.this whole thing about life,if a woman get pg and kills her baby is wrong.too many people are using excuse to justifity there actions.one thing is for sure when the morals values of a nation are down and disrespect for life has value then the nation will fall.
Killing and Murder are two entirely different thins!

Brewer: You will not get
A) pro lifers to respect this law
or
B) The supreme court to overturn this law

So back to realistic solution. If you are not in a place you want a baby then use one of the million contraception means and render it a moot point.
Regardless of anything, you still need a Legal Framework in place
Or would you propose we scrap all the Criminal Laws, because some Criminals are not respecting them?grin wave

Well, your logic is pretty poor, but yes, I understand what you're saying.

I propose a solution that doesnt involve changing laws as we appear to be in a bit of a deadlock as far as changing the law goes.

I do propose alot less laws in most cases. i think in this case a fair compromise might be to make each state allow it. In this day and age even if a state banned it you are a few hours by plane maximum from getting the beloved "squealing D&C."
