My experience in Chinese products is the following. They offer products at significant lower prices than you can find them in Europe at least. But if you ask for the same products with European standards with all the nececary documentation and certificates demanded in Europe, the price of the products will not vary more than about 10% from any other similar product produced in EU. And in this case they are able to produce top quality products.
