You don’t have to go to gym for exercise.
Have some weights in the truck and do some short time workouts, sit ups, sit downs and so on. You can also do static exercises while you are driving/ watching TV. Tense muscles real hard for example on the belly, then relax, do it all over the body repeatedly. You will know that it’s working when you feel work out pain.
no diet would work if you hate the taste of food you eat.

Happily married? As I understand they had to make it work because “divorce was a family shame”. It is a decision, to stand each other whatever it takes but is it good in modern situation? I don’t know.
We live only once and to me life now is finally not about constantly doing my duties, but also about having fun, about trying new, sometimes bad and dangerous things. Some prefer being safe and do as other do in generations, other are forerunners creating new ways, what evolution would be without freaks, different people?
A lot of people stay in dead relationships but the reasons may be just because they don’t dare to take a step out for different reasons.

they do this show in many south european countries because divorce is/was difficult/expensive, it is in fact more norm to have lovers there is far as i know.
i was always faithful in my relationships but openly don't want to be faithful anymore when my kids are grown and I want to discover/create more than traditional things. i feel that marriage/ commitment to just one man would be a prison for me right now.
btw childen get used to a lot of things and take them for granted while grown ups often follow the rules they learnt blindly because everyone else does.
i saw a documentary about honest multiple parners with children involved, they all were very happy.
no lies or cheating, just unusual

they all should have an open relationship without lying and hurting.
i was married a long time and know that however good it was before the energy disappears after a few years but still kids might need a stable family, so i think both parties should have a lover or two and raise their kids together. i have seen documentaries about that,
you can create new relationship models nowdays

I read a story in newspaper about a woman who has a married man as a lover because that suits her the most right now, she doesn’t want a family, she has a one year old daughter who is her first priority and she doesn't need money to support her. She is happy to live alone, she doesn’t want a man living with her.
I wouldn’t mind to have a married man.I never persued one, I never chase men but had fantasies about it because he wouldn’t claim too much of my time and space, as I need a lot of it. and those who are married are looking and will find anyone anyway, why not me (I am not looking for anyone right now though, I have everything I need in my life, just miss CS company sometimes, it’s quite addictive)
