Isn't this just a little too much? The clinton childhood home to be a historical monument and a statue of Bill Clinton to be displayed in Kosovo that he paid someone to make?

Kosovo...was one of the few things that Clinton did right in my opinion. 800,000 ethnic Kosovian had been forced from their homes
and were facing what had happened earlier in Bosnia.
1000 American soilders are still in the country as part of the NATO peace keeping force, The US made a long term commitment to stablize the region. It (peace) started with Kosovo.
But spread thru out the region. As Serbian leaders were arrested for their activities during these years.
The United States has museums, honorium plaques and statutes all over Europe for WWI and WWII. No reason that something in Kosovo is not dedicated as well. Clinton was POTUS then...he made the call to send US forces there....he gets the right of a statute.
Though the book in the hand is a little to much. Better a cigar for Conrad.:-)

Yes a life sized statue in the bathroom with his pants unzipped so you can hang your coat on his (*&^) or maybe you could crank it and his jaw would drop open with a roll of toilet paper. at least somthing use full would come out of his mouth. But then you would haft to chain the statue down it would keep turning up in the Lady's bathroom . And his home should be a histarical site .

Don't know if you retired to Florida, or tired in Florida, and just woke up, but any good that came out of the Clinton era was during the time republicans controlled congress.And as far as prison sentences go Bush and Cheney are more deserving of prison then Clinton.

Personally I can't imagine being keen to have a statue of myself anywhere....but politicians generally like themselves a great deal :-) It makes me cringe a little, but doesn't surprise me.
Re; his childhood home being an historical monument, I guess it would be good for tourism for his home state. That seems positive.
