Some parts of Marianas are overdeveloped - like Guam, a mass market place for Japanese tourists and i looks like a concrete jungle
The only really unique place in the archipelago is Rota island - no need to do scuba, lots of colorful and even huge fish come very very close to you when snorkeling.
