I took my photo off because I found myself responding on the forums. This broadcast yourself to way more people than if did not interact on forums.

I feel the same way. I don't even bother to read profiles without photos. I had made some exemptions, but it had not been a positive outcome. So I prefer not to bother with profiles without photos. Besides, I believe that if they can see my photos, which I took my time to search and post, then they should do the same. "I'll show you mine and you show me yours" kind of thingy.
maybe because they don't want their wives seeing them on here lol thats the way it goes for alot of sites like this one

Juneau: I am just wondering why so many men on here (loads of British men!!) don't put a photo on their profile. I, for one, tend to ignore the profiles without photos, just because I think it's strange! After all, they say that your eyes are the windows to your soul! I know that you can't judge a book by it's cover, but it's nice to see someone's face when you are messaging them or reading about them.

Having a photo with your profile gives me more information about who the person is, even though, it doesn't mean that it could be the real person or legit, when it comes to scammers, for instance. But at least gives me and idea of who I'm talking to, it makes feel more comfortable.
AMEN ! There si more to a person than just an image. A photo is just an image made by a camera. People can look different from what a camera makes of them. Ones personality is more important. I would rather be with an ugly but a good person than a pretty but terrible guy.
MzDcent: Im gonna speak for the women out there with no foto such as myself, even though this post has nothing to do with women, im gonna say that i dont put one out there coz theres more to me than my looks and 99% of people on here will (if i do have a foto) will take a look at my pic and want to chat to and get to know me y? bcoz of what i look like. i cant stand superficial lame shallow people who get to know someone based on their looks. yes there has to be an attraction, but attraction isnt based soley on the phisical appearance of a person. theres gotta be more than someones looks that attract u to them, if not well your just shallow, and people with no pic such as myself dont wanna know you. looks fade they dont last forever. maybe consider this next time comming across a profile with no pic, u duno what u could be misin out on being so judgemental and shallow...
