That be cool if I can make some friends there.. itl make me wanna go more often!.. I just went out and jumped rope for 15 minutes.. and DAMN i gotta quit smoking!! I should say I jumped for 15 seconds about 40 times.. not 15 continuous minutes!

Yeah, you should definitely quit smoking, especially if you can't do jump rope for very long. It's really bad for your heart.
I don't want to sound preachy or anything, but my uncle smokes and he had a heart attack recently. And then lost his job because he had to take it easy for a few months and couldn't work.

most of my jumping for only 15 seconds is my lack of coordination.. i def need to stop but i can still run.. should say jog.. 3-4 miles without stopping.. might be outta breath but i keep going.. its on my to do list tho!
