nanners2863: If it were important to him then yes I would sign a prenup as long as it was a fair agreement. I think trusting someone is not the question..because we all trust the ones we love at the beginning..it's when that love turns to anger and revenge that you need the prenup.
thank you ...very thoughtful and considerate words...
dadvic: i am in a relationship and my girlfriend and i have talked about it....and she seems to be alright with a prenup...what do you have to say about that in your life and future?
I may not have much but in this day and time a prenup seems good for everyone concern I still dont want him leaving me should he decide to and he gets his hands on my nothing or does not follow any of my wishes should I proceed him in death I told my soon-to-be-ex that I wanted to be cremated he said no never I told him he had no choice it is what I want and my insurance I left in my daughters name because I could not trust him to do what i wanted he did not like it but stuff like that if you dont have it in writing they can do whatever they want

ladyfingers: Well, at the rate you go through girlfriends, I'd suggest that you get a pre-nup or the next time you might not be able to afford to have a new girlfriend.

dadvic: thanks kissmedeeply.....when i was a hippy we had the same attitude...hahahaha
but this is the real world...and everyone is playing for all the marbles....and after the fact..people in the west like to enforce their rights....just look around!
i see your happy in a relationship of trust ...and your property that you have worked hard to earn is meaningless to you ...
you say "I dont know or care about other people"....
i hope you are not condescending towards those who find it necessary to consider such things....or do you feel superior to them ....since you have no care about others or things...???
I said and i quote i dont care if others need/want a prenup..
I didnt say i dont care what happens to others..
Geez so many people dont like others disagreeing on here thats for sure..
If i thought for once i needed to protect me/my things..

I would insist upon it merely to protect the assets of my partner. Furthermore, it may help to instill confidence in the relationship.
Then again, I have never been married nor do I intend to be.
