Since life, and the "world in general" is NOT fair.. Like the race of the turtle and the rabbit.. dilly-dally AFTER you win..!! But if you're set on loosing ... I'd recommend taking time to "find yourself" and "experience life".. that way those with determined ambition will really pull ahead.. and then, again, you'll have another reason, or excuse to blame your failure upon.. Just my opinion, yours may vary... ---SoldierByte---
Dagosto: I recommend taking a year off to travel & broaden perspective before launching into a major you might later change your mind about.
could be a good plan. I recommend going to college asap and if you are in tune and know your passion major in it and if it changes it changes. It depends on the person and what they think life is. Some are creative and some have to go by society and they are ego driven. peac
mryduvall: Im trying to decide whether i should wait to go to college or enroll right after high school.
It depends on your financial situation too. I didn't finish college and I think part of the reason was that I had to work at least 35 hours a week and go to school full time. If you could work and save some needed money for a year, then you could devote more of your time to classes.
