Well see since he has to clean up GW's mess . But redneck tea partiers seem to think he has done all this damage because there afraid to admit that the republicans keep raising taxes on the poor and dont tax the rich .
my particular guess is that his globalist buddies will stage a phony but very real attack on an American city. They'll blame Al Qaida and declare a state of emergency. After that, democracy of any sort will be just a memory.

I thought that democracy was already just a memory.
He'll probably carry on doing nothing and continue breaking the rest of his campaign promises prior to getting into office.
The only continuing change we're ever going to see is what we find in our pockets.

I think even though he knows the people are wanting to be heard that he will be to busy the next two years campaigning for 2012 to really do what needs to be done. He has not caught on like so many that the word promise is actually an action word. So we can have two more years of nothing as far as I see it.

It's Idiocy to tax the productive Rich out of the Country!
The Poor don't pay any Taxes in the US,in spite what you try to sell us here!
The very poor can't pay much in the way of taxes. They just don't have anything.
The rich don't pay much either. The tax system is designed to allow them to escape taxation. I remember one year way back in the 80s when I, on my 10-dollar-an-hour job as a news pressman paid more income taxes than the richest man in America, H.L. Hunt.
So if neither the rich nor the poor pay taxes, that just leaves the poor working class to pay for everything.

So true, so true! Even I might have to start buying domestic champagne. Perish the thought!!
RayfromUSA: He doesn't stand a chance to ever pass any partisan legislation.
So what will he do?
He will let the citizens WATCH the Republicans try to take away things people need to live like medical care and unemployment. I'm voting Democrat forever and not alone. Republicans are still on their way out.

As long as people think that politics is about Democrats vs Republicans, they'll never be able to see outside of the box.
Dems and Reps are essentially the same party. Their rhetoric is a little different but, their policies are the same.
Bush started wars. Obama keeps them going.
Bush set up laws to allow a dictatorship to arise. Obama will put those laws into practice.
There is no real enmity between the parties at the leadership level. They work together to promote the globalist NWO agenda.
The pretense of contention between the parties is necessary to convince people that they still have some voice in government. But they don't.

You don't have any medical care now that you didn't have during the Bush administration. Nothing's changed yet, except for the price increases to cover Obama's pipe dream of national health care.
Republicans will pick up at least 10 seats in the Senate next election. Americans are finally seeing the light about Obamanomics.
Obama’s economic view is rejected on world stage Free trade deal with South Korea eludes president By Sewell Chan, Sheryl Gay Stolberg and David E. Sanger New York Times / November 12, 2010
President Obama’s hopes of emerging from his Asia trip with the twin victories of a free trade agreement with South Korea and a unified approach to spurring global economic growth ran into resistance on all fronts yesterday, putting Obama at odds with his key allies and largest trading partners.
The most concrete trophy expected to emerge from the trip eluded his grasp: a long-delayed free trade agreement with South Korea, first negotiated by the Bush administration and then reopened by Obama, to have greater protections for US workers.
And as officials frenetically tried to paper over differences among the Group of 20 members with a vaguely worded communiqué to be issued today, there was no way to avoid discussion of the fundamental differences of economic strategy. After five largely harmonious meetings in the past two years to deal with the most severe downturn since the Depression, major disputes broke out between Washington and China, Britain, Germany, and Brazil.
Each rejected core elements of Obama’s strategy of stimulating growth before focusing on deficit reduction. Several major nations continued to accuse the Federal Reserve of deliberately devaluing the dollar last week in an effort to put the costs of America’s competitive troubles on trading partners, rather than taking politically tough measures to rein in spending at home. Who will Dude throw under the bus? Europe or Obama.

Notice allot of people voted Republican contrary to your beliefs. Socialism Sucks.
In MN, I know people with better insurance than I have, and they pay zero dollars for it. NO deductible.. Everything covered with a couple of them totally able to work. Just taking advantage of the system you are trying to say does not exist. Wisconsin is the same way.
I pay for my insurance, am selfemployed and get pissed off when people say "whoh is me", and take advantage of every freebe the can. If someone is unable to take care of themselves or family that is a differnt story. That is why there is a safety net for those who cannot. WElFARE is not for those who can, and WON'T. And Unemployment is not supposed to last forever.Know people also who have not worked for 2 yrs and have been collecting, and not looking. Lazy and Sad. What is your excuse?
moonmana1: Then hate Obama for destroying fisacal responsibility and the value of the dollar. WIll bring inflation to the proportions of Jimmy Carter. Using a credit card from China will destroy our economy. OPen you eyes. Obama's complacency about creating jobs, and creating incentives for Corporations to keep jobs here , or bring them back is destroying our economic status. Creating jobs in other countries because they are doing what we should be doing.
You can't tax what you do not have. If we force Corporations to move to other countries because of our tax laws.. We lose jobs.
Again, you can't tax anything if it does not exist here. Then who WINS.. CHINA?? Definitely not the USA. You think you are standing up for the common man, who in reality you are destroying. You can't see the forest beyond the trees
Obama will be known as the WORST President because of his short sighted policies.
And Obama has just moved the war from Iraq to Afghanistan. Same policies and spending for the war, just different places. And then our soldiers hands are tied while engaging in combat.
Let'em fight or bring them back home. Obama is doing neither!

Trouble is, there is no enemy to fight.
Look at every video you can find of Afghanistan "combat".
A few incoming mortar rounds (source out of sight) response by artillery or airstrikes on a distant hill where nothing is visible. The firing stops.
It's a staged war. A few casualties for realism, but mostly the troops are shooting at ghosts. And the ghosts shoot back.
Such a war justifies the occupation of strategic areas. It justifies huge expenditures benefiting a few specific companies.
