sorry to hear that..and when a partner is more concerned about what others might or might not think about something as banal as hight..then...the way i look at it..her loss will someones elses gain..keep ya chin up..you'll meet one and to her your hight will not matter because to her you will mean the world..and you can't get much bigger than that..

AJ1976: You know folks I lived in the middle east, a conservative region by anybody's standards, but people's personal levels of acceptance of "the other" were surprisingly high. I find intolerance to be rife over here in Europe on the other hand.. go figure
