Thankfully many of them live in countries with socialized medicine so their lobotomies with be provided free of charge when the proper authorities are finally made aware of them.

This is a fine post Iuchi_Zien, but I don't see anything completely positive about Sarah. It makes the vote difficult for people that support her.
1) Sarah's approval ratings are increasing because the Liberal left continues to attack her. Look at the 2010 Congressional Election results? These attacks on Sarah only make her more popular. The last time that I looked, Sarah had almost 50% of the American approval ratings.
2) Sarah is very popular with the US Military overseas. I would bet that they would be more inclined to fight for Sarah rather than Barack Obama.
3) The world will not laugh at all about Sarah. They have no choice but to accept American elections. They laugh much more at Obama. People from other Countries cannot vote in USA elections.
4) As far as Russia? I did a poll of 100 Russian people during the 2008 elections. I can't give the website out other than it starts with Anastasia. At that time, 75% of the Russia people approved of Sarah over Obama.

To whatever has been said before I would add that I, not American and a woman, am fascinated by her bravery and strong family values, which she promotes. She may not make it as a president in the end, but, with all her persistence, applied to good causes, she may make a political figure of less scale than president, but efficient enough and powerful enough to influence the lives of American citizens much to their benefit. I hope she will work towards this particular end. Best wishes to her!
