main profile picture has to be a clear photo of your face,you can upload 7 more photos according to your wish ( no nudity) or, you may choose not to have any picture at all...

He's talking about the main pic not being of his face. CS do raids to take them down from time to time, so that if people have main pics at all, then they will all show up as face pics, for uniformity.

Nope, it's a option. Upload a photo or not. Either way, something will fill the space.
I'm guessing that the photo you're on about being blocked, has been reported for some site rule infraction, therefore being blocked by the site from being uploaded again
