Enda Kenny has said that he will not take part in a Leaders debate on TV3, as it does not fit in with his schedule. Is this a smart move by Mr. Kenny, as he doesn't come across well on TV and he knows it, or, is he running scared cos he knows he would get creamed?

Put it this way, if FG had a more impressive leader they would be heading for an overall majority!

If he doesn't come across well on tv then he needs to do something to change that and not hide away. Personally i think all party leaders should be involved in a tv debate. It gives the electorate a chance to learn more about each party, their leaders and their policies plus i think trying to get out of a tv debate could lose him even more respect.
If Kenny and Gilmore form the next government, we'll have gone from "Biffo" to the "Muppet Show"! Since neither of them will get us out of the mess, I suppose we can look forward to a good comedy show.

latest poll out tomorrow has fine gael on 38% well on track to an overall majority
Yeah Kenny will be the next Taoiseach. Funny though many in his own party thought he wasnt good enough to lead FG a few months ago but they think he is fine for the Taoiseachs job. But i wouldnt like to see Labour emerge as the biggest party, i think they will do well but their policies are been seen for what they are i.e. all talk and nothing else.
