No I never lie in this sense.I don't always reveal everything if I don't yet trust someone,but I'd be completely horrified if someone I wanted a relationship with,caught me outright lying,as I have always considered lying a huge betrayal.

Don't tell me none of you have ever seen The Invention of Lying (movie with Ricky Gervais).
It's those little lies and non-disclosures (to avoid hurting/insulting people, etc.) that cement society.
BTW, I highly recommend that movie, because it combines great humor with social commentary and romance.

Iam a terrible liar,by that i mean iam realy bad at it so i just dont do it.to be a good or convincing liar you need to have a good memory ,unfortunately i dont.The last time i lied it was to spare someone i cared about pain and embarrassment . this lie was acceptable to me even though i know "a lie is a lie".Then there are the "little white lies"which we all tell even without realising such as when a person says "does my bum look big in this" the answer is always "no" regardless of weather or not it does or doesnt.The bottom line is ,we all lie and then find reasons to justify it.
P.S when i said"i just dont do it"i meant i dont lie about the serious or important stuff, of course i do tell the "white" variety from time to time, buts thats ok ,right?
