What you say is true. It makes you think and joining in can give you a feeling of self-worth. I have seen shy people in real life, being drawn into discussion and suddenly blossoming as a result. It is good for the soul.
Hi Minerva. That's a good idea to have that in your profile. As for my sister Lucy here, you would think that butter wouldn't melt in her mouth the way she is talking!
It really is a great way of getting to know members. Personally, I have gotten to know some very interesting people on the blogs - and also some that I would not give the time of day to. The blogs are a real eye-opener.
How can you find that amusing Ken? She clearly kicked a young girl and then tripped a man carrying a child. Is that acceptable behaviour in your eyes - even if she were with the police - which she is not!
Wherever you get vast amounts of people contained together, with little hope and no idea what their future holds, you are going to get a criminal element. There will always be those who prey on the weak and vulnerable. So, what would you do about it Ken? You preach about the criminality but you do not propose a solution.
Candy, I can assure you there would be very little dangling. With the weather in the UK, by the time he got to Scotland, the poor thing would have climbed back up inside him looking for warmth!
Now non! now non -now non - The more you say that, the funnier it sounds! Anyway, I was about to say, it is true that we are far more mature than men, however, there is a time and a place for everything - and this is the time to be a bit mad!!!
Hi Rapture Sure, you have to laugh! Poor nonsmoker, he was trying to write a serious blog. Mind you - he is Irish, so, nah - we can't stay serious for long!!
Oh now Mj. This is just the kind of thing I was talking about. You had to go and reduce a serious and intellectual blog to the basest form. You and your women!! Brat!!
Ok. I suppose, in certain circumstances, it might be needed as a last ditch attempt. However, isn't it strange that both kids had to go through this? Wouldn't you think, that the younger one would have learnt from the older boys experience. He surely would have told his sibling about what had happened to him and warned him about getting into trouble. I don't know. It just seems as if both those boys were allowed to run wild.
Yes Mj but the parents could just as easily be "cruel to be kind". I have seen far too many parents going into schools and berating the teachers because their child is not doing well. These same parents allow their children to stay out late at night, getting into all sorts of trouble. It is a parents duty to discipline and control their children.
Absolutely scandalous! I would never put a child through that. This is typical of a society that believes that others should educate and discipline their children because they cannot be bothered themselves.
Compulsory Blogging.
Hi Crazy. Welcome to my blog!! Pull up a seat!
