HEY Aisha00 be wary of anything that seems too easy!!!
if I price job I always add on maybe 20% for haggle purposes only...people like a deal and I expect 20/30% reduction on original quotation price(is fair)...the one's that drive a hard bargain these type your mostly guaranteed pay wen job completed...the one's that agree instantly with your first quotation is most likely these type never had any intention of paying and should be avoided.
no easy fix in this life but were all inclined to look for shortcut on occasions...only hard work actually works
wouldn't worry about your ID's Ashia007...what did you say your bank details were again??? (J/K)
this is what happens wen authority figures think their above the law(terrible).
seen it one night some years back with 7 bouncer guys...was my brother they start on this mean 2 of us...we would teach them lesson...cowards fight in numbers...wen they can't knock either one down, then is a problem for them. i never throw first punch!!!but once hit then is fair game...
composure/calmness in critical situation...your next decision may very well be your last one, make your final move, do not change your mind...time slows down in these moments what happen next is down to fate.
my experience is mostly elderly men who cause these type accidents, too laxydaisy.
don't forget to fill the helicopter up with petrol mr pilot...am sure there will be plenty of room left in it anyway for a lone nerd...hate to see anyone crash land
one question: were you a member of the ''A TEAM'' ???
yes I agree...we should never grudge against anyone who has a success as they will have worked for it,so good luck to them.
on the other hand I realise that some of my friends/neighbours seem somewhat quite happy at my recent mis-fortune...try to discourage me...but one guy explained this would happen ,is part of the process...he told me that I would have times of despair/doubt(kinda like the ship sinking) if i choose to go down this road,he was indeed quite right!!!
these moments are the real test and one can only prevail with persistence... hope am right(that's just the doubt, lol)
may we all rejoice in the happiness of our time...this is the day where we say ''let not those that despair be in vain''
thank you Zmountainman may the good Lord bring you peace, joy and happiness always!!!
yes indeed it is much worse than I had first anticipated...guess I know how the cold turkey feels now...am hear a strange humming bee kinda noise come from the brain,or maybe its just the ears playing tricks on me...not sure anymore.
tomorrow I will release this tension back into the wilds of the earth...
i listened to Jim Corr...better off listen to the expert economists!!!
it is the Irish people who voted to join European Union...they give us hugh funds and investment...did anyone really think that there wouldn't be a price for this along with interest??? really???
yes things are more difficult than before...but how many of us don't have something to eat each and every single day??? very few if any!!!
lets spare a thought for those in critical situation around the world and quit our whining and moaning...we are not third world country and should be thankfull for our situation...
march??? personally I rather get up early and do a long hard days labour and help my family out...
but I do like to speculate...kinda my fun thing...and if I lose so be it...i'll just try again
yes the speculators/gamblers lost but still get paid out, its hardly fair but we still have to pick up the tab, that's the reality now!!!...nonsense politicans with broken promises etc etc,i agree.
here's another reality that I've known many years since the ''CELTIC TIGER'' began...our economy was basically funded by the construction boom this in fact was the CELTIC TIGER...it was inevitable that our economy would implode wen the construction sector collapsed which was always gonna happen due to overly inflated prices and peoples greed...the home was seen as an asset, which is wrong mentality...normal people like teachers/accountants/lawyers/mechanics/garda/factory workers etc etc would buy 5/6 houses/apartments for investment purposes,it was actually the average normal Irish person that would create such property inflation along with much to easy to get ''CREDIT''from banks...was all about SUPPLY AND DEMAND!!!
now wen we borrow credit to buy property/car or whatever,we are expected to pay it back and if not our assets can be taken from us,its that simple and the deal we have made...the banks don't care if our properties have de-valued by an average of 50% they still want their money, fullstop.
the Irish people right from the top down speculated/gambled and for awhile we were winning...WE ROLLED THE DICE ONCE TO OFTEN and now were a little sorely cuz we lost this is life...
RE: 2 more weeks
passport???anyway enjoy your trip ted and good luck
