I have a next door neighbor who complains when I burn wood in my outdoor woodburner. She has been complaining since last year that it gets thru the closed door in her bedroom. I suggested she have the landlord fix it. But I think the solution is too simple!

Hi Theresa,

Yes, I use coconut oil for oil pulling. I use it occasionally on my skin. It is also great for washing your hair! I also cook in coconut oil. Much better for you than canola oil.

I haven't tried drinking coco water yet. Might do that if I can find it.
