I have tried it a few time in my time here, always found the people desperately rude, even got a mail from on of the so called lady members telling me to stay away and not post again.
I have "no pic no reply" on my profile. In the past I have corresponded with guys who had no pics up and in all but one case I was greatly disappointed when I did see a pic. Even though I have it clearly stated I still get mail from faceless profiles, I do not reply.
Have never heard one valid reason for having no picture up.
I think he is attracted certain features, traits, in people so its not surprising that she resembles you. What is surprising is your interest in what he does years after your relationship has ended, why would you feel anything for her? She doesnt impact on you or your life.
Oh I get the hard work part scouse, and have a lot of admiration for those who get to the top of their field but as I said IMO its their chosen job and I dont get why they get on the honors list for doing their job well.
