From what i know and my own research the body is concept in a way that he needs meat also not just vegy's, is not just because of the protein is that for centuries our specie eat meat..., so i do not belive in the vegetarian are more healthy, i can not live just with vegys, maybe they make you liner but never more healthy.
i consume a lot vegys but also from time to time meat white or red.
Yah!! i read too some time ago, to be honest i don't have one where i am here, but i did had before and my ex always use it in Spain, not so much for making food just popcorn and use to warm water for tea yah.
But the oven with electricity isn't that bad too? just curios
This remind me when i uset to wear the t-shirt of my ex husb each time i missed him i was wearing his, once he saw me and he ask me: What your doing with my tshirt on is kinda "little" for you isn' it? i laugh and i say i just love it, is better then my dress.
happy that you rezolv that, well never use them again use some paper toilet or your towel. Paper toilet take a pice and swich it so it don't broke then clean a bit the water but not deep, now allow do that. Go clan ears 2 times a year at a doctor is safer.
You can put some warm oil there but nothing else and go to a doctor to take that out with a special slim object you cant do that yourself is very dangerous for your ear.
Omg! Mark i did form the little stickwith cooton once remain there and i didnt notice, after some motnhs my ear start hurt me i could not hear well i went doctors and rthey say i have Otitis and it wasnt that, wehn i went Spaini went doctor again and guess what the dr.got out a cotton so is very paintful i never clean my ears with that anymore except with the towel.
Tonight at 22 hour of Romania i will watch again, yah is cool to see those beeautiful athleths they are amazing and what they do isn't easy at all they train a life all most to became so good.
