like everything, its not black, or white, many women regret later in life not having children, some as you say who did, never really wanted them, some had no choice in there cultures, they were married off, and bore them because they had to, just be grateful you have the freedom of choice, and hope you wont regret it.

if you hurt your back twice before, doing this job, percentage wise, its a good bet your going to do it in again, you need to be pretty fit to lift some patients, and if your not, your back will find you out, know a woman who p[aid a specialist big bucks, after having repeated trouble with her back, he told her to walk up any steep hill, taking her time, he explained that walking up stretches the muscle in your back, walking down tones it, it was common sense at the end of the day, the physio, will only sort you out short term, best of luck.

Used to be a lot of pranks played years ago, on April=fools day, but humor seems to be in short supply these days, not by everybody, but it seems to be thin on the ground overall, personally i love a good joke, but the lady above me seems to have gotten a real fright, people can get heart attacks, if it goes too far.
