I think consuming drugs takes mind from people desperate to get more money in 'easy way' and it's too many of them already in prison so government is probably looking for the ways how to rehabilitate them in society by checking up they're blode ones per week to make shore they're not on drugs or they go back to prison ...If drugs is not so available we would get rid of from many problems in society. Long time ago when I lived in the appartment one late summer afternoon me and my neighbour hear noise from outiside and we went out to check what is it, as we know that few people lived on the rent went on holiday to visit they're parents outside Melbourne.Young ladie in her 20 said she is new tenent and asked us if anyone has ledder to hep her go in as her other flat mates put keys somewhere where she can't find it;so another naigbour come in and broth the ledders and she asked man to hold on to ledders to make safe for her to go up true the balcony and my neigbour who was single man enjoyed the view of her short skirt legs while holding the ledders 
Another naigbour come too and called the people who lived there to vryhfiy her story and find out she is burgler

but than again there are people who has monstreous mind and no psychiatric treatment can do much

I think you're very sweet and with good intentions but how would you feel if he calls all women hear; sweety, baby, honey bunny,darling etc.Would you be jelous and hurt that he appears to be too sweet with every women !? Don't do things that you may not like ether.It's ok when you're free to 'fool around' with sweetness to all man in friendly way but some things should change when involving with someone hoping for more to come
but when it's coming from person that forgets; it's not Ferrary ether but more like little broken car of Mr Been it's even funniest where imaginative expectations comes from... so from feeling hurt I find it now more as laughing matter
However,man that you like may be jealous of the way you call all man sweet names altrough you call women with sweet names too but no matter for that when man feels jealous as maybe he is the one that wants to deserve privlage to be the only one you reserve for all complimets
You're already got some good advices so I wish you best of luck in finding lot's of fun on the blogs,as well privatly.I think KNenagh have given you wise advice to look for people closer to your home as in distant relationship it's hard to check things out -altrough we know people that work things out miles away
and don't plan much ahead as it's still early stage. hope everything goes well for both of you

dear friend;great Blog as usual.First to answer question from your Blog;it would be nice to find person with all atributes above ...but most of all it's important to find person that is mentaly/emotionaly stable and reliable by any means.I gave up hear but not in real life...
As Aquarius emotions rules my planet and commen sense likes to follow up but I wonder if any of us can say that in any given situation both wins
