If reincarnation does exist i have thought that i would like to be an eagle soaring over the mountain tops. I too don't like moths and would'nt be able to sleep if one was in my room, but your perception is thought provoking , they are brave to fly in the dark yet are attracted to a light so much that they don't sense the heat from a flame.
I cannot sleep with a spider in the room neither i have to capture it and throw it outside where it belongs.

Divorce is a part of the grieving process that we have to endure when a marriage fails.
I went through the "love, hate " process and it lasted quite some time.
Please don't let the hate fester as the underlying bitterness will only harm yourself and those close to you. This is going to be a difficult time for you as the wounds are fresh and it will take time to heal.
Try to concentrate on the future and on you alone, take up new interests, do things that you have always wanted to do, travel and make new friends. Do positive things and treat your family and friends with appreciation.
The diary is a good idea if it does create a release and you can maybe learn from it in the future. Although i would not focus on it too much, as i do exercise or yoga to release stress.

Your partner maybe treating you cold at the moment but he might change, for the moment it is his defence system coping with the situation. We all put the bravado on sometimes.

I am the only white that i know of that would like to be black.

My soul feels black, and i cannot understand when a black person has a problem with the colour of their skin. I would feel proud and it needs to be said B.J. that black people should feel proud of the music that they have given to this world ~ soulfull bliss!

I think that my most embarrassing moment was approximately 20 years ago.

I was in a local nightclub that was inside a hotel, i had just come off the dance floor and was walking along talking to my friend when suddenly i realised that i was wading through a swimming pool. Thank goodness! it was'nt too deep, she said to me "what are you doing down there"? Luckily not many people noticed and i went into the ladies to use the hand blow drier to dry my dress.

Embarrassing but hilarious and i feel sure that i was'nt the only one. I complained to the staff that there were no signs and it was quite dark.

I do not comment if i don't understand them , disagree with them or just plainly cannot be bothered to respond.

The majority which contain a few sentences, i do not understand what they are trying to say.

I agree with Kat and if someone is childless they can always have a relationship with a child in the third world by donating to their welfare.
I know that it is difficult if you have debts, but if you had put a bun in the oven when you were younger as you said. How could you contribute to their lives now, spoil them and send them home.

The most important things children need are love,security, and of course nourishment.
Thank goodness you did'nt knock someone up (your words) and then abandon them.

"oh" to be alone in a sunny enviroment without the drama and problems others create around us.

To have touched a certain peace and know that it can be attained does remind you ,that to take time out for yourself is not being selfish.

I especially like the sentence; i triggered the computer without a fumble because i was on site too long last night. My eyes were bogeyed and i was fumbling.

p.s I did not know that there were cows in Barbados ?

I have never been there but when people from here visit they tend to stay close to the beaches.

You have my heartfelt sympathy as the pain will always be there. As people say it will get better although nobody can tell you how long that takes.
Try to think of how fortunate you were to have had a wonderful mum , when i am feeling sad and missing my mum i try to think of the good times .
Celebrate her life by telling people, like now what she meant to you.

All the replies that you have recieved from C.S. members have moved me.

It does help knowing that people care.

Life would be very boring if we were the same everyday.
Predictable, with no spontaneous moments, stuck in a rut.
Quarrelling is a part of life which is healthy unless it gets out of hand.
We do not live in an ideal world of peace and harmony; so we do have to find ways
to vent frustrations, anger, grief etc. These are usually directed at our nearest
and dearest.

We are responsible for our own actions : if a person is aggressive to another then
they have to suffer the consequences
