I lost my Dad a couple weeks ago...got an E-mail on my last evening in Abu Dhabi... .....
Funeral will be next thursday...hence my flying out tomorrow with my oldest son...
We were not so close...due to the distance....but so glad i got to visit him 2 months ago with my daughter. I said to him.....i would now come over more frequently....as my children are more independent...well, its too late now. There was a lovely obituary written about him in the Bournemouth Echo...he was a very active man...very involved with the town.....i will miss him.....

We will be going for eachothers hair....and seeing hers is much longer...i've got a clear advantage there.....the nails will be next...i will grow mine especially long and sharp...i will have to fight off Hans as well..who will be very firmly in Itchy's corner..... .....

My heart lies over the Atlantic.....i only read the Daily Mail...the last 2 years i only converse with my children in english...(they always reply in german)....
