Cat Milk Cheese

With a few cats around the garden and some soon to be donated I have started a Cat milk cheese business.

Its not easy to milk the cats but I have a special harness and gloves, the work is hard as it takes 4 pints of cat milk to make a pound of cheese.

The cheese is known as "Fromage de Gato" and is popular in France and other European countries.

I have tried to make butter but the fat content of cats milk is a bit low.

Im looking recipes to make different cheese's, mozzarella is the only one Ive had success with. Below is a photo of Morag enjoying her daily milking.

Thats right mic, owned by the craft company
Of course he is serious, Snooks... It is marketed over here as "alle feinste Katze Käse"...only found in the most exclusive shops and restaurants....probably hasn't reached SA yet....
I wish you the best of luck with your new venture thumbs up however even with the low price of crude I still think turning the milk into diesel fuel would be more cost effective professor dunno

Well. I rest my case. So a female cat and a dairy cow, r now rated the same. Gross !!!
Of course you could always increase production by varying the breed, stands to reason a tiger is going to produce more professor though may be slightly more tricky to milk dunno

After cow cat drys up???? send to cat lady's or china?
Horse milk is catching on here too......unlike cat milk (very sweet)...its bitter, with a very grassy after-taste...
This is one big joke!

Enjoy ur rip off...........
Calypso51, yes so i see, it's becoming more popular than our Almond or Soy milk products here in Southern Spain as we do not have any cows in the region. Have you tried custard made with horse milk?, very creamy indeed.
Lucky cats.... not of to the nutty cat woman cheering cheering
