RE: God

If you posted Yes! or No!! perhaps the OP would release you from the confines of his pointless "Cenus". Maybe the OP could give his view on why he posted the original question...but in reciprocation we'd expect him to answer Yes! Or No!! or an alternative one word answer. I hope he's not German...we could be here a while!

RE: Once again Liberals believe Trump's sarcasm and go ballistic

The fact that you choose to believe and broadcast to us all that it was sarcasm, gives us all a measure of your sycophancy.

RE: The Beatles versus The Rolling Stones...

Pop versus Rock. The Stones win that one hands down.

Best period was when Mick Taylor joined the band, superb brilliant raw rock guitar from him and Richards. Get yer ya yas out, was and still is their best album.
beer

The Beatles did however open the door of the The Ed Sullivan Show for the Stones and others to follow.

RE: Good news & bad news

I'm not expert in the origins of COVID-19 but I'm inclined to believe that it has made a transition from animal to human species, and that it's not man-made. There will plenty of time later to examine who knew what by when, and who should have done more.

Best of luck.

RE: No, it's not just like the flu

PS Mic,

Just seen some other posts you made regarding being under the weather. I hope you're doing OK. thumbs up

RE: Very good news regarding the Coronavirus

Jim,

Personally I believe that false hope is worse than no hope, but there is some hope. I too hope that there shall be a vaccine for this virus and quickly too. But I read multiple sources, scientific academic and media, and I am not convinced something will happen in time for this pandemic. False hope generates bad practice - look at your spring break for example. Lockdowns in the UK and US are late, decisions influenced by false hope. It's good to see many positive stories of some very clever people working round the clock to beat this. I just question the timing. Like the one you mentioned is over a year away.

RE: Old/New World Order...what is it

When I was growing up I was sold the myth of the three day week. Wow! You’d only have to work less than half the week. Some of my colleagues might argue that I do that already!
Sadly, technology has sped things up to the point where there’s not enough time in the week to get all the work done. And so the next step is that companies shall use robots to take over as many jobs as possible…and we’ll have nothing to do but get in the queue for unemployment benefit...or else sabotage robots!

RE: Poverty In America

Forgive me, I may be making a sweeping generalization here, but I don’t think other countries are jealous of the USA. That’s just wrong and it’s condescending…as all sweeping statements tend to be.doh

RE: Sneaky Pete Has A BIG Problem

You know the way that the minority predicted that Trump would win your previous election. And he caused such a major global sensation by becoming president. The way it's looking he should be a shoe-in for a second term. But wouldn't it be really really funny if the minority were right again and you got Buttigeg or Sanders, or both! Or is that too gross to contemplate?

RE: God is Good

“ If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. “ LUKE 14:26

Jesus said that apparently. So to be a good disciple you need to lack of ALL empathy and primarily love only God - or His administration on earth. Good luck with that. I ain't buying it.

RE: A Christmas Wish

But what will those recipients make of the words I have written with hardly a thought to their meaning?

Probably the exact same, hardly a thought. Which is tantamount to saying "Hey, I'm doing OK, hanging in there". The singular version of what couples send. That's fine with me. If you (singular) stop sending Christmas cards, that sends a signal that you and others will interpret.

My best friend writes what has happened over the course of the year in HIS Christmas cards. This man writes cards to his male buddies, on behalf of his family, telling them how his year has been - the ups and downs. He has four kids and is happily married. He's also a "kept man" and virtually never done a day's work in his life. They're not loaded either. Figure that one out! cheers

RE: Security In a Relationship! (To Feel Secure )

Felicia, There should be continual dialog and contact to ensure you've got each others support and love. Deviations need explanation and correction due to occasional insecurities. It's a personal choice if you wanna date somebody much younger than yourself. Do you choose to do it out of vanity or is there some other reason? Insecurity can be very damaging, but not as much as infidelity.

I'd stick with monogamy, good times or bad. You can't have one without the other.

RE: Trump to visit Denmark in September!

Thanks for the correction.

RE: What Rubbish !!!!

I'm neither far left nor far right. But i do know that by definition, it's difficult to argue with an idiot.

RE: Death to the Democratic Party aka Google_It_Up...

OP,
I am unclear about what you're posting. help me out here please.

Are you saying that you support that the USA should have a single party political system, and that it should never be the Democrat party. That it should be a single Republican party?
