Office.( political asylum).Your government does not transition Officials without an adjustment period.We

Sometimes we just get out of synch,and next thing you know you've got your shirt on inside out or drive to work on your day off, paying the wrong bill,no service!?
Most often it's a parent taking kids to school on a day teachers aren't scheduled.

Not many people can handle the lack of sleep once their routine is off. The REMs are necessary.
If you get restless in the evening retrain your body/mind with less stimulation instead
of exhaustion sleeping.(Melatonin will relax you and Chamomile,St.John's Wort,Valerian teas).
