Extreme Vetting For Refugees

Trump signed an order to safeguard our safety by issuing extreme vetting of refugees.

I hope this will in fact make sure we're safe as hoped.

The question is, with the border still the same, how safe are we? Really? Terrorists are smart. They can avail themselves for an easy entry there not as refugees but illegal migrant.

With the blog below, maybe there is more to understanding the causes of terrorism and why Trump is bent to stop these acts to destroy and or harm us.

Thanks for your post Ash.

I just watch the news about the 7 major states of which are completely cut off to come to the country.

I know it is overwhelming and travel is highly restricted and it will be responded accordingly. In fact Iran already impose to close their door for us to travel there. Not that I have any plans in the near future to go there but this is a big deal. The world stands very vigilant to all the effects of the new clean up programs. I am only hoping that it is not as bad as it looks.wave
All I am reading at the moment is the execution of the promises made during our President campaign. It is not an easy task but we have to believe somehow that it will work.
As I am reading Trudeau's invites.rolling on the floor laughing
Of course it will work, every President

World leaders will sort it all.
Teresa May just left DC.

Please do not scoff at the ideals persons do want to partake in; by obtaining the U.S. citizenship.
As for everyone else, your country, stay and defend your principles if you can't abide by ours.Simple isn't it.
You can't live side by side with your enemies at home, foes should not fight it out here.Peace.

LONDON (AP) — The Latest on President Donald Trump, his travel ban on seven Muslim-majority countries and other immigration actions (all times local):

10:45 p.m.

The White House says King Salman of Saudi Arabia has agreed to support safe zones in Syria and Yemen to help displaced refugees.

Trump spoke with Salman by phone on Sunday.

The White House says the President "requested and the King agreed" to support the safe zones "as well as supporting other ideas to help the many refugees who are displaced by the ongoing conflicts."

The conversation comes days after Trump signed an order that temporarily suspends the U.S. refugee program and indefinitely bars Syrian refugees.

The pair also discussed what the White House described as an invitation from Salman for Trump to lead "a Middle East effort to defeat terrorism" and help build "a new future, economically and socially, for the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region."

I am so glad for Safe Zones, any refugees dying en route was horrifying and heartbreaking.
Thanks Stringman!
Thanks John. wave
How will he prevent Americans outside the US getting killed...they will just go somewhere else. The politics are all wrong.

Can you answer why these terroists are so hell bent on killing people...its revenge !
Ian, you may call it revenge or whatever the reason is, his precaution is an understatement.

Yes killing is a revenge full act, so it makes sense to apply extreme vetting, don't you think?
BTW, had it not been for this measure, CIA, FBI, reported there'd have been more attacks.

See? It works.
