I would definitely go with a power wheel chair. Customize it for your specific needs. I think a "lift" of some design should do the job. Maybe there is a lift attached to a power wheel chair? A heavy low center of gravity wheelchair that is very stable and with a balanced articulating arm that can move you in and out of the chair. The challenge is intriguing.
Dicey, from my perspective in my wheelchair, she seems easily trained. Certainly looking into. (doable) Might not move too slow. Looks like others are watching closely.
