KN, I do not disagree with your last comment. It's complicated IMO. But forcing women to take off their burkinis goes against one of our most important and cherished beliefs.

Cc was spot on early because she knows you well enough and had the courage to make the call. Clock or truck, does not much matter. I would definitely go with a power wheel chair. Customize it for your specific needs. I think a "lift" of some design should do the job. Maybe there is a lift attached to a power wheel chair? A heavy low center of gravity wheelchair that is very stable and with a balanced articulating arm that can move you in and out of the chair. The challenge is intriguing.
