The difference is that Ivanka didn’t know any better, even though a main premise of her father’s campaign rested on criminalizing Clinton for the same thing.
It’s so much less a problem in Ivanka’s case because she didn’t have a private email server. She sent her emails out the same way we all do. So, not a problem at all.
She is a part of the Trump gene pool, after all. Her absolute stupidity is not her fault.
