Westbank First Nation is comprised of five reserves totalling approximately 5,340 acres. Tsinstikeptum Reserves 9 and 10 border Okanagan Lake and are in close proximity to the City of Kelowna, one of the fastest growing cities in British Columbia. Kelowna has been rated among the most competitive places to do business in the Pacific Region of North America and is also one of the most livable cities in Canada according to Canada Pulse 2011.
Westbank First Nation has implemented one of the most comprehensive sets of community laws in Canada that cover the development and regulation of reserve lands. All persons residing or conducting business on reserve are subject to Westbank First Nation Laws.
Approximately 40% of WFN lands are developed and are fully serviced with cable, water, sewer and other utilities. The remaining reserves are very desirable for future economic growth as the area responds to increasing demands for development.
Through its administration, Westbank First Nation operates a number of community services including: Pine Acres Home, a residential care facility; daycare and pre-school services at Westbank Child Development Centre; a multi denominational church; and Sensisyusten House of Learning, a kindergarten to grade 6 elementary school.
There are approximately 850 Westbank First Nation Members, the majority of which reside on reserve along with 9,000 non-Member residents.

Don't think you can call WFN a reservation nam It is cheaper living on their land because we don't owe the land, they do One street away, the people pay about $100.000 more for their homes as we do
They owe at least half of this town and are self-governed the only group who is Westbank First Nation We pay our taxes to them We can live on their land for 100 years, lol only about 78 years left
We live on Indian land about 8000. people do in our town. Just today paid our taxes and met again with the people working there in their offfice You never met nicer people We in Canada to owe them a lot
Your were talking earlier about Osama Bin Laden, Would you believe I was reading a book written by a Navy Seal having taken part in catching Osama Well stopped reading as I told earlier I don't believe Osama was killed and I don't believe he was guilty of 9/11 I read a lot about 9/11 on Google and I believe it was an inside job Horrible to believe this could be the case but an excuse was needed to invade Pakistan Wapens of mass destruction? Ha ha
We saw that bobcat only one time, yeah I know ones is enough Oh you are right she would be no match for a bobcat Keeping her now indoors 24/7 won't work anymore now We will keep an eye on her for sure
Must stop and tell you about my little manipulator cat,Sandy She is a house cat, not allowed outside Well not caring too much about rules, let her go outside. She quickly learned who to slimeball too when she hopes we let her out again. ME We got her at only 4 weeks old she did not learn from her mamma to use her paw to open a door She drinks a lot of water and that is good but now an then she uses her paw to scoop up water She was just doing that now scooping up water with her paw She is spoiled stopped eating hard food and would not eat it anymore even after four days Now we mix it with soft food but of course she will pick that up first
The reason you did not see a picture nam is that it did not happen A cover up for sure. He was dumped in the sea right that is how I remember it Just now reading a book about a Navy Seal who will at the end of the book tell how they found and killed Osama It did not happen!!!
In the case of those two cruel brothers, I have to say THANK for turning these two in Yes you are so right money talks and again, in this case, enjoy the money
At times with certain people no matter what you say no matter what proof you can show them, they won't accept a thing so don't waste your time and energy it is indeed wasted
