It's a setup. The left is using this kid as a battering ram and daring anyone to criticize her because she's a kid so they can try to make you look bad for attacking a kid. It's not her fault she comes across as a puppet, because that's exactly what she is.
I think the primary notion that the American electorate (and the electorate of all nations) needs to dispossess itself of is that government is benevolent.
Government is NOT benevolent. At its absolute best, it is no more than a muted tyranny.
The founders knew this well and modeled the entire Constitution on this principle.
Globalism vs. nationalism encompass every aspect of the ideological war between left and right, from national sovereignty, to private property rights, to free speech and religion to government centric rule versus citizenry centric rule and on and on and on. What two opposing views could possibly engender the left right battle more closely than globalism versus nationalism? It's all in there.
False but nice try. President Trump didn't back Boris Johnson 100% over no similarity. And everyone knows a communist party when they see it. Doesn't matter if they call themselves Labor Party, Democratic (HA!) Party, the Communist Party of the Soviet Union or the Communist Party of China, it's all the same ideology and the same tyrannical tactics.
The Democrats tried to pull another fast one doing an underhanded grab of the president's lawyer's phone records without due process. BUT IT BACKFIRED.
So now I prefer to deal directly with the owner/buyer myself, using an attorney to handle the paperwork.
Whether you are a buyer or a seller, you should never sign anything related to a real estate purchase or sale without an attorney reviewing the document first.
As long as you stick to that there is no reason not to deal with a real estate agent. Often, you can get more money (even after commissions) if you use an agent to sell since they have a bigger pool of buyers than you can attract, and more marketing experience. And as a buyer you may have no choice but to deal with an agent if the seller is using one.
You can thank President Trump for this situation. The closest the world has come yet to eliminating the largest sponsor of global terrorism on the planet.
has anyone in the US noticed the ramping up of troops to middle east and more threats to Iran
No, because just the opposite has happened. Since President Trump took office the number of troops the US has in the Middle East has been reduced.
What I have noticed though, and you didn't mention, is that there is an uprising taking place within Iran that is challenging the Iranian leadership for the first time since 2009 when the Obama administration failed to support the protesters and the insurrection failed.
President Trump, on the other hand, has been placing heavy economic pressure on Iran that led to this new wave of protests and unlike Obama, he is taking measures to see that it doesn't stop.
