things would be different if the USPS was above error. it has been my unfortunate experience that my mail has often been misdelivered. i don't trust the USPS at all
i notice they let a lot of jailbirds out cuz of Covid. crime isn't as risky as the old days. the crooks will be fine in this new normal that is really the most abnormal take on a free country
