I think that depends Spitz how a person copes and deals with it ...
if by looking back and we don't bring its value forward, instead if we bring the anger, the upset, the fear which leads to hate which results and ends in suffering ... JMO but maybe the best way to live in peace is allow our ancestors rest in peace

George Floyd's murder was cold and heartless
and as wrong as it is to kill anyone because of the colour of their skin, so too is it wrong truth should NOT be taken as fact/evidence because of the colour of ones either.

All that side, one murder trial always comes to mind when I question how fair is the American justice system.

To be honest Chats, in the beginning where I may of first had sympathy for George....
I no longer do.

Unlike the world I'm not following all the in's and outs but some of what I heard/read makes me think it was more personal than racial.

because she knew these two men had serious anger issues between them, why had she both working the same nights? any decent employer would make sure both worked on different shifts/nights ... more so if she wanted to keep both? now having said that, she added, Derek had a dislike for the black race, and it showed ... wouldn't such bad attitude, be bad for her customers resulting in being bad for business... mores the pity CBS did not ask " why did she not fire him instead of keeping him on".

Spitz, being fair to us folk, we're not all bad all the time .....
sometimes respect works, but there is always them and always shall be, those who cannot give the respect they themselves demand.

Maybe we should care less about others that are not involved in our own lives, just get on with caring and minding our own in our own little corner in this world .... until of course someone disrespects us on our own door step, if you know what I mean.

Your blog, but why anyways dismiss love concerning time, when both have so much in common and when both have such same similarities and when sometimes each relies and depends on the other in being right.

If the love is right but the timing is wrong....
chances are things don't/work out.
If time is right and love is wrong....
again, things won't work out.
But when both love and timing is right, both combined everything works out perfectly

Right or wrong but I think time & love are but only words....
until something happens or someone arrives to give them meaning.

Perhaps my comment is way off topic, nevertheless.....that's my theory
