Of course they are, Lindsy ....and they have been here for a long time. Only they live in parallel worlds/simultaneous realities and are able to travel through dimensions any time they wish.
We just have to work on all our issues, from no 1 to 4 To bring each one of them to a higher frequency.
In other words ... Look after our body, weight, a meatless diet as meat lowers our frequency.
Watch our feelings (anger and fear being the lowest frequency!)
Watch our thoughts...they are very powerful!
As for no 4, the subconscious, or cellular memories, we need to erase all the sin &karma beliefs, religious beliefs, soul contracts that are still holding us down in this dimension, as well as etheric attachments.
Those are done in a state of hypnosis. Can be done with self hypnosis.
It is not a 5mn job! It can take months, or even years, depending on the amount of work?
And, of course, living in the present is very important!

However, we also need to make that choice when we are still alive.
We need to raise our frequency (that's another topic) high enough in order to travel "light" and see beyond the lies we've been fed since birth, our beliefs...etc.
Then, only then, will we be given the choice on passing.
By "small deaths" I meant that I died consciously for a few minutes. It was a part of my shamanic training "the death of the shaman". We actually left the body ....which was a very strange sensation...then I was given the choice of going through a dark tunnel where there was a bright light at the end, with a couple of beings (could be family members, I don't know?) who were holding their hands out asking me to go and join them.
But...at that moment, it just didn't feel right and I felt like another pull in another direction...towards another light...outside of this recycling process, and I KNEW this is where I had to go!
I was outside of the planet and the whole universe (which I was shown it was all a man-made construct) only for a moment, as I had to go back to my physical body, unfortunately.
All my other experiences were more or less similar.
