he will end up being burried in the prison grounds for such a long time befor being released to be re-burried by his family ....if theres any one to do such a thing , I wounder how many millions or billions of dollors will be spent on him , looking aftering him while he is still alive , and he will have better care than you or I ....yes wont be able to walk down the street or experience life in the homeless shelter or having to eat in a soup kitchen and sleep on the street , like many who dont have a job ...

I would remove the door as soon as he went out , and any fixtures the toilet and if the law wants to know why you did so ...say you had to sell it to recover cost incured because the guy wont pay rent that is due ...
so when you sell the place it will be up to the next people to get him out ...?
