The house
I want to thank those who have remembered us in their chats with the big guy.We listed the house with a really good realtor who has brought us 4 families in the last 10 days "one of which is bringing his father back on Sat and we have another family coming tomorrow". All of them really liked the house and like the price because its less money than other houses in the area that aren't as big or as nice. So I think offers will start coming in soon and we will be headed back home to Indiana.
Still having problems with the deadbeat renters it's been since March that they paid anything and the kid doesnt realize that he is hurting himself too because with a forced eviction on his credit record he will have a lot of trouble renting anything decent in the near future.
So my advice to people here in Germany is, if you're thinking about renting out a room or an apartment to someone DONT!! its not worth it!

I would remove the door as soon as he went out , and any fixtures the toilet and if the law wants to know why you did so ...say you had to sell it to recover cost incured because the guy wont pay rent that is due ...
so when you sell the place it will be up to the next people to get him out ...?
The important thing is your on your way back home!
The thing that really bigs me is the guy begged pinky to let him rent from her. I think this guys has done this before
